No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to):

Change of mind
Wrong size ordered
Items that your pet does not like or does not use
Delayed delivery by the carrier

Order Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will be happy to assist with a replacement if eligible.
